President Donald Trump in March 27 signed into law the CARES Act, the massive coronavirus economic relief package, which provided additional assistance for small-business owners and nonprofits, including a $10,000 advance on an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL).
3月27日，总统签署了CARES Act，中小企业可以申请COVID-19灾害贷款，包括10000美元的预付款，而且这个一万块是不需要还得，也就是人们常说的FREE MONEY！

申请者自己提交申请信息，这些信息用于判断你是否符合经济损害贷款。
The Applicant understands that the SBA is relying upon the self-certifications contained in this application to verify that the Applicant is an eligible entity to receive the advance, and that the Applicant is providing this self-certification under penalty of perjury pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1746 for verification purposes.
申请者必须明白，SMB依靠你自己认证的信息来验证你得到预付款的资格，如果你提供不实信息，你会受到法律处罚。
按照官网上很直观的要求一步一步地登记信息即可，最后有一个选项如下，记得勾选：
最后提交申请即可。申请如果获批，这个高达一万块的预付款（advance）三天之内转到你指定的银行账户（申请时填写）。
