Xmas On The Peak：庆圣诞和礼物交换 12月21日Mission Peak爬山召集

Mission Peak，使命峰，海拔2516英尺。虽然在旧金山湾区这个地方，它都排不进十大高峰，但俗话说得好，“山不在高，有仙则灵”，因为它峰顶的标志柱，让它多年来成为湾区户外活动的一个标志！

使命峰吸引人的另外一个地方，是每年12月份，峰顶会出现一棵圣诞树。这是一个从2013年开始的传统。当年有两个叫Brian Peters和Sushil Nedyavila家伙，不知何故产生了这个主意，两人从Home Depot买了一棵圣诞树，把它抬到了山顶。2016年NBC关注了此事，进行了报道，并从此被广为人知。我们湾区黄页爬山摄影群2018年特此组织了圣诞登顶活动，并对这个故事进行了报道，在华人社区进行了一定程度的普及。Xmas on the Peak：使命峰顶庆圣诞

2023年12月10日，陈宇同学全程跟随了今年的圣诞树上使命峰的过程，让我们看到了志愿者们的热情和由此带给我们的节日欢乐。

本周，我们就将登顶使命峰，与圣诞树合影！同时，我们将结合我们爬山群的传统，设计一条二达线路。

由于适逢圣诞佳节前夕，此次活动增加一个小礼物交换环节。

请所有参加活动的小伙伴准备一个小礼物，在集合前放进一个箱子里，等集合后随机抽取。没有具体要求或限制，只是为了表达对节日的祝贺和增进我们团体的友谊，以及我们每个人的一片爱心。小礼物可以是自己的绘画作品、一本你看过的书、旅游时收集的明信片、自己很喜欢但一直闲置的钥匙链等等，如果需要购买新的礼品，价值在十块左右即可。基本规则：参与者必须准备一份小礼物。

线路设计

我们的线路有7迈、9迈和13迈的选择。

7迈线路（短程线路）：Ohlone College Parking Lot-Ysc Trail-Spring Valley Trail-Regional Park Trail-Peak Trail-Mission Peak Summit，单程大约3.5迈，来回7迈。

9迈线路（标准线路）：Ohlone College Parking Lot-Ysc Trail-Spring Valley Trail-Regional Park Trail-Peak Trail-Mission Peak Summit-Peak Trail-Regional Park Trail-Ohlone Wilderness Trail-Stanford Avenue-Vineyard Avenue-Antelope Drive-Mission Blvd-Ohlone College Parking Lot。

从Stanford Avenue出来后，会经过一片居民区，然后再从Mission Blvd返回Ohlone College。

13迈线路（二达）：7迈线路的基础上，第一次登顶后，再经Horse Heaven Trail-Peak Meadow Trail到Stanford Avenue Staging Area，然后原路返回，或者经Ohlone Wilderness Trail-Regional Park Trail-Peak Trail返回山顶，第二次触摸标志柱（谓之“二达”），然后再返回早晨出发的停车场。

停车指南

Ohlone College校园内的停车场是收费的，$4。在Mission Blvd的路边停车是免费的。集合点：Mission Peak Trailhead – Ohlone College，参考坐标：37.52747882342201, -121.91205359079517。集合点旁边也有Ohlone College的付费停车场（Ohlone College Parking Structure）。圣诞礼品交换环节将在此进行。

搭车费用分摊指导原则：往返60迈以内的搭车每人10元+过桥费+停车费，往返60-120迈的每人20元+过桥费+停车费，往返120-180迈的每人30元+过桥费+停车费。过桥费和停车费均摊（不含司机）。总之，分摊的原则是给司机一定的鼓励，但不失我们爬山群团结互助的一贯精神。司机也可以根据总搭车人数，根据不同情况灵活处理。如遇交通罚单且非司机明显失误所致，全车人数（含司机）平均分摊。快乐爬山，爬山快乐！
