槲寄生的传说 登高庆新年 龙行山川 2月10日Joseph D. Grant County Park

南湾（Santa Clara County）最大的县立公园，Joseph D. Grant County Park，一年四季都是热门的徒步之地，但是以春季最佳。这座公园通常也被叫做Grant Ranch Park，跟我们熟悉的大菠萝山同属一个山脉（Diablo Range）。 

在这个山头，我们会发现一个很特别的现象，就是很多橡树上有一丛类似鸟窝的东西，其实那是一种寄生植物，叫槲寄生：Mistletoe，就是寄生在其他植物上的植物，可以从寄主植物上吸取水分和无机物，进行光合作用制造养分。

在欧洲神话、传说与习俗中，槲寄生植物有重大意义。在现代西方，仍将槲寄生作为圣诞节的装饰物与象征物使用，还有Kiss under Mistletoe（在槲寄生下的亲吻：视频）的浪漫传统，也就是在圣诞这天，站在槲寄生下的人不能拒绝亲吻，而在槲寄生下接吻的情侣将会幸福终生。

爬到山顶，可以看到Mount Hamilton山巅的利克天文台（Lick Observatory），如果你有什么疑问，不妨隔空和天文台进行一次对话，也许可以收到来自星际的回音。最高峰ANTLER POINT，海拔2999英尺。

山脚下还有一个湖，Grant Lake，可以垂钓。山上还可能遇到野猪，天上飞的还有加州的金鹰，树上还隐藏着啄木鸟和猫头鹰，看你是否能发现它们。

线路设计

我们主打的线路大约12迈。从Grant Lake湖边的停车场出发，红色线段是上山，蓝色线段是下山。LOS HUECOS TRAIL-CANADA de PALA TRAIL-PALA SECA TRAIL-ANTLER POINT TRAIL-（ANTLER POINT/ELEV. 2,999’）-CANADA de PALA TRAIL-HALLS VALLEY TRAIL。

停车指南

18405 Mt. Hamilton Rd., San Jose, CA 95140是抵达公园的参考地址，我们集合是在Grant Lake旁边的停车场，参看下图中的椭圆红色小圈处。收费停车场有充裕的停车位，自助缴费，$6。两者之间需要步行。

收费停车处：Ranch House Parking at Joseph D Grant CP，坐标：37.33691662202346, -121.71385220963916。收费停车场到集合处还需要走一段，请提前至少15分钟抵达停车场。

免费停车处：Grant Lake Parking Lot，坐标：37.34261238026612, -121.71572122420191。

搭车费用分摊指导原则：往返60迈以内的搭车每人10元+过桥费+停车费，往返60-120迈的每人20元+过桥费+停车费，往返120-180迈的每人30元+过桥费+停车费。过桥费和停车费均摊（不含司机）。总之，分摊的原则是给司机一定的鼓励，但不失我们爬山群团结互助的一贯精神。司机也可以根据总搭车人数，根据不同情况灵活处理。如遇交通罚单且非司机明显失误所致，全车人数（含司机）平均分摊。快乐爬山，爬山快乐！
