帝王蝶之城：11月11日Monarch Trail & Cliff Drive徒步召集

在Santa Cruz有一座“树上的城市”，一座由帝王蝶形成的特殊的城市。 这座城市由每年到这里过冬的帝王蝶形成，是自然界的一大奇观。

帝王蝶在华氏55度以下就不能飞，45度以下就无法动弹，因此它们必须一层一层地叠在一起取暖，成千上万的蝴蝶叠在一起，极其壮观。当它们叠在一起时就像枯树叶，而温度上升到60度以上它们就会张开翅膀翩翩起舞，万般华丽。

为了便于观赏，建议携带望远镜、单反相机。由于观赏帝王蝶受气候的影响，如遇下雨或气温偏低，活动将顺延或取消。

停车：公园内停车费$10.00。

线路设计：4迈或10迈

超级休闲线路：来回4-5迈。沿途景点包括Natural Bridges State Beach、Pyramid Beach、Whale Point、Mitchell’s Cove Beach、Lighthouse Field State Beach、Lighthouse Point。

建议线路：来回10迈（可根据个人情况任意缩短距离）。沿途景点：Natural Bridges State Beach、Pyramid Beach、Whale Point、Mitchell’s Cove Beach、Lighthouse Field State Beach、Lighthouse Point、Surfers Memorial、Surfing Sculpture、West Cliff Steps、Cowell Beach、Santa Cruz Wharf、Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk、Cliff Drive Vista Point、Seabright State Beach、Walton Lighthouse等等。

搭车费用分摊指导原则：往返60迈以内的搭车每人10元+过桥费+停车费，往返60-120迈的每人20元+过桥费+停车费，往返120-180迈的每人30元+过桥费+停车费。过桥费和停车费均摊（不含司机）。总之，分摊的原则是给司机一定的鼓励，但不失我们爬山群团结互助的一贯精神。司机也可以根据总搭车人数，根据不同情况灵活处理。如遇交通罚单且非司机明显失误所致，全车人数（含司机）平均分摊。快乐爬山，爬山快乐！
