E-Power Services is hiring AI Data Center Field Engineers to support AI Data Center projects across the United States.

This is an excellent opportunity to enter the rapidly growing AI data center industry. Candidates with Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME) backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Prior field experience is preferred, but training will be provided.

📍 Position Information
• Position: AI Data Center Field Engineer
• Employment Type: Project-based
(3–6 month probation period, with opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance)
• Tax Status: 1099 Contractor → W-2 after full-time conversion
• Work Location: Travel across multiple U.S. states
(PA / GA / ND / IL and others)
• Travel Expenses: Covered by the company

📍 Responsibilities
• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and optimization of power and cooling systems in AI data centers
• Perform onsite equipment inspections, testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with engineering teams to meet project goals and safety requirements
• Prepare technical reports and related documentation

📍 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
(or equivalent technical background)
• Graduated candidates only
• Field experience preferred, but not required — company training available
• Good English communication skills
• Strong hands-on skills and willingness to learn
• Able to travel extensively within the United States
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
(U.S. citizens and green card holders preferred)
• OPT students with relevant engineering backgrounds are also welcome to apply
